Magnate M196E114V2 Carbide Tipped Bandsaw Blade, 196" Long - 1-1/4" Width; 2-3 Variable Tooth; 0.042" Thickness; 2-3 V For cutting wood from 1" to 6" (taller if fed slowly) or steel from 3" to 11" ; 16' 4" (16 feet 4 inch) Long

This carbide-tipped bandsaw blade is designed with precision triple-chip ground teeth for smooth cuts and an excellent finish. Its high-performance steel back provides exceptional fatigue life. A carbide-tipped blade lasts significantly longer than carbon steel and bimetal blades when cutting abrasive non-ferrous materials and wood, especially tropical hardwoods like ebony, koa, and cocobolo. However, avoid using this blade to cut round logs unless you have a sawmill specifically designed for this purpose. For use with a metal-cutting bandsaw, it is ideal for cutting ferrous metals such as alloy steel, tool steel, bearing steel, carbon steel, stainless steel, and mold steel. Magnate Carbide Tipped Bandsaw Blades Application Notes: 1) 3 TPI For cutting wood from 1" to 6" (taller if fed slowly) or steel from 1" to 4": Use 1/2" x 3 TPI, 3/4" x 3 TPI, or 1" x 3 TPI blades. 2) 1.3 TPI For cutting wood only from 3" to 12" (taller if fed slowly): Use 1" x 1.3 TPI blades. 3) 2 TPI For cutting wood only from 2" to 6" (taller if fed slowly): Use 1" x 2 TPI blades. 4) 2-3V For cutting wood from 1" to 6" (taller if fed slowly) or steel from 3" to 11": Use 1" x 2-3V, 1-1/4" x 2-3V or 1-1/2" x 2-3V blades. 5) 3-4V For cutting wood from 1" to 4" (taller if fed slowly) or steel from 1" to 6": Use 1-1/4" x 3-4V or 1-1/2" x 3-4V blades.

For ease of shipping, all bandsaw blades are coiled into multiple rings. The image of a coiled bandsaw blade is for illustrative purposes only, represents a single blade, and may vary from the actual item. If the bandsaw blade teeth are facing the wrong direction for your machine, simply flip the blade inside out to correct its direction. All Magnate bandsaw blades are welded and fabricated in the USA. While the coils and materials used are from U.S. brands, they may be sourced overseas.

This 196-inch (16 ft. 4 in.; 16' 4"; 16 pies 4 pulgadas; 196 pulgadas hoja de sierra de cinta) bandsaw blade is compatible with the following bandsaw models: JET VBS-3612 (Metal 195-1/4” to 198-1/4”), Centauro 700CL 4,945mm to 5,085mm (194-3/4” to 200-1/8”); MINI MAX MM24 (woodworking); Cresent 32; Danobat CR-330-AI; Danobat SCP-500; Danobat SCP-500-A; Danobat SCP-500-DI; Danobat SCP-500-DIA; FMB Pluton 1

Safety Warning: Bandsaw blades are tightly coiled like a spring for packaging and can suddenly snap open when being coiled or uncoiled. Always wear heavy-duty leather gloves, along with proper eye and body protection, and handle the blade with extreme caution. Improper handling can result in serious injury. Refer to your bandsaw owner's/operation manual for complete safety guidelines. Important: Always disconnect the power before installing, removing, or measuring blades.
