Made with 100% cotton sheets held together with a steel retainer. The buff is held together with pleats. This wheel brings out a shine in crevices and intricate details. This product is used in the final polish on plastics, soft metals, thin plating gold, silver, chrome, nickel plate, copper, brass, and iron.
