 Stearated with Zinc, Open Coat This product is treated with a film of zinc stearate which reduces loading material residue on the sheet and provides lubricating effect between the silicon carbide grain and the material being sanded. It is commonly used for sanding / finishing hard surface, i.e. lacquer, enamels and etc. It is also used for fine sanding of primers.
