This Rosette Cutter System features replaceable carbide-tipped insert knives! 15 different precision standard knife profiles available with 3 sizes of blank knives for custom grinding. 2 of each knife are required for proper operation. All knives are sold individually. An optional shaper cutterhead makes matching mouldings. It is precision balanced for high speed operation on a drill press, milling machine, lathe or shaper. All cutter bodies are manufactured using the highest quality tool steel.
The Rosette Cutterhead is designed to be used with a heavy-duty drill press, milling machine or leathe. Do not use this product in a light-duty drill press, portable electric drill or router.
