This carbide tipped hole saw cutter comes with specially strengthened carbide that is designed to be used on hardwoods, plastic, marble, concrete, and metals. Apply liquid coolant or lubrication during application in order to extend the working life of this blade. Applying coolant is especially recommended when cutting ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
